Diseases in slums (stage 2).

After a survey with the help of our household helpers, the problem statement has been replaced to

-"Diseases caused by insects in slums of Mumbai."

FOOD PROBLEMS-

1- The assumption of houses having no refrigeration facilities made in the first step was found incorrect.

2- many families rent or pay in installments for the refrigerators.

3- This solved problem of food spoiling to a great extent.

BAD HABITS-

1- This issue is more related to the mentality of the citizens.

2-After the survey, it was clearly seen that bad habits can only be prevented with education and proper administration.

BAD INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES -

1-This is one of the most crucial reasons that causes diseases in slum areas.

2- It is a vast field and as 'unhygienic environment' is the most common reason that causes diseases, it was choosen as the main problem statement.
